Curriculum Development Sub-Directorate

A. POSITION OVERVIEW

Planning, monitoring, evaluating the implementation and development curriculum and learning systems within the University of Indonesia based on the university’s regulations.

B. TASK DESCRIPTION

  1. Implementing the Operational Policy of the Directorate of Academic Development and Learning Resources;
  2. Assist the Director of Academic Development and Learning Resources in preparing materials for the preparation of Work Plan and Budget and Annual Work Plan;
  3. Monitoring, implementing, and improving the Standard Operational Procedures for all business processes and services of the Curriculum Development Sub-Directorate;
  4. Coordinating with other Sub-Directorate to collaborate and complete the yearly goals;
  5. Organizing the activities of the staff of the Sub-Directorate of Curriculum Development in terms of:
    1. Monitoring, controlling and evaluating curriculum development;
    2. Monitoring, controlling and evaluating the evaluation of the learning development system.
  6. Assisting in the formulation of policies and guidelines for curriculum development;
  7. Assisting the formulation of policies and guidelines for the development of learning systems;
  8. Coordinating the evaluation evaluation and curriculum development with the person in charge of the division’s curriculum evaluation and development activities;
  9. Monitoring the Issuing Process of the Study Program Curriculum Policy;
  10. Reporting on the activities of the Curriculum Development Sub-Directorate;
  11. Reporting on the activities of the Curriculum Development Sub-Directorate on a regular basis in the context of accountability to the Director of Academic Development and Learning Resources;
  12. Employee competence and management of employee performance can carry out and achieve the work targets that have been set.
