Capacity Building for Academic Staffs Sub-Directorate

A. POSITION OVERVIEW

Planning, supervising, and evaluating training programs to improve and develop teaching-learning pedagogy and activities of academic staffs at Universitas Indonesia based on the university’s regulations.

B. TASK DESCRIPTION

1. Implementing the Operational Policy of the Directorate of Academic Development and Learning Resources;
2. Assist the Director of Academic Development and Learning Resources in preparing materials for the preparation of Work Plan and Budget and Annual Work Plan;
3. Develop, implement, monitor and improve Standard Operational Procedures for all business processes and services of the Capacity Building for Academic Staffs Sub-Directorate;
4. Coordinating with other Sub-Directorate to collaborate and complete the yearly goals;
5. Organizing the activities of the staff of Capacity Building for Academic Staffs Sub-Directorate in terms of:
   1. Implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Academic Staff Competency Mentoring and Development activities;
   2. Facilitating the selection process for Outstanding Lecturers of UI;
   3. Facilitating the first winner of UI Outstanding Lecturers to compete at the national level;
   4. Facilitating the implementation of Lecturer Certification from outside the university;
6. Coordinating the implementation of training activities to improve the competence and professionalism of academic staff with those in charge of the faculty;Developing employee competencies and managing employee performance in carrying out their duties and achieving the work targets that have been set;
7. Prepare reports on activities ofCapacity Building for Academic Staffs Sub-Directorate on a regular basis in order to be accountable to the Director of Academic Development and Learning Resources.
