Capacity Building for Academic Staffs Sub-Directorate
A. POSITION OVERVIEW
Planning, supervising, and evaluating training programs to improve and develop teaching-learning pedagogy and activities of academic staffs at Universitas Indonesia based on the university’s regulations.
B. TASK DESCRIPTION
- Implementing the Operational Policy of the Directorate of Academic Development and Learning Resources;
- Assist the Director of Academic Development and Learning Resources in preparing materials for the preparation of Work Plan and Budget and Annual Work Plan;
- Develop, implement, monitor and improve Standard Operational Procedures for all business processes and services of the Capacity Building for Academic Staffs Sub-Directorate;
- Coordinating with other Sub-Directorate to collaborate and complete the yearly goals;
- Organizing the activities of the staff of Capacity Building for Academic Staffs Sub-Directorate in terms of:
- Implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Academic Staff Competency Mentoring and Development activities;
- Facilitating the selection process for Outstanding Lecturers of UI;
- Facilitating the first winner of UI Outstanding Lecturers to compete at the national level;
- Facilitating the implementation of Lecturer Certification from outside the university;
- Coordinating the implementation of training activities to improve the competence and professionalism of academic staff with those in charge of the faculty;Developing employee competencies and managing employee performance in carrying out their duties and achieving the work targets that have been set;
- Prepare reports on activities ofCapacity Building for Academic Staffs Sub-Directorate on a regular basis in order to be accountable to the Director of Academic Development and Learning Resources.
